Summertree Valleyview Apartments

I feel like I'm not being taken seriously, for a resident who's constantly being patient and voicing my complaints and concerns .. I have not received any help as far as my leaking kitchen ceiling , broken mirror , broken shower , mold , not having a lock nor key on my mail , no cameras sue to stolen property and and several other problems .

It is very bad out here my wall is leaking and all they been doing is patching it up that's it and telling me there going to get the problem fix my bedroom wall mildew on it they send somebody in to spray over it with with paint and that's it .. I have talked with corporate and she seem not to take nothing I'm say serious ..

I stayed out here for two year in the back by the wash room and I can really say I had no bugs my area was nice people I had a two bed room. and was around older people and one younger guy. I had no problems with my apartments

At first look Summertree Apartments seemly looks to be an fair apartment and a fair community. I been renting out here for a year. Since then I experienced roach infestation, bad plumbing problems , damage counter tops and stove are out dated and I can only use two burners. Addding insult to injury dealing with a very unconcerned management team. Furthermore some one who lives out here broke in my car.I have use their maintenance line and done an written issue complaints and also verbally express the problems. Santisha (manager) Rosalyn (Asst manager) Jeff (office assistant) needs to be out of a job. Their poor management skill and lack of judgement will be the undertow for these apartments. No matter what time of the day you visited the leasing office. Their either shopping on line, having potlucks, conversing with another tenant concerning gossip about them. Or going though tenant apartment without notice or reason. I'm trying to save up enough money to get me and my children out of here and we're never ever looking back. #SummertreeAHOTTmess
