Max & Benny's Restaurant

This is a very comfortable, restaurant with very moderate prices and good food. It is always reliable. We come at least once a month , usually with family.

Food is consistent and service is good.
We shared the lox plate and with matzoh ball soup had a delicious meal.

This is a great deli and we haven't found one that could hold a candle to M&B. The food is super delicious and comforting. The service is excellent especially if you have the same server and develop a relationship with them. Even on a day with the worst weather, we are surprised to find so many people eating in the restaurant. Something relatively new is the Rewards Card. It's always fun to receive a bonus certificate, a birthday certificate and an anniversary certificate.

Delicious deli sandwiches and omelettes. Soups are classic. Very crowded on weekends but worth the wait.

Lox platter, entrée salads, fried chicken dinner, chicken soup with noodles and chicken pieces are all favorites and delicious

Good food, good service and great deli. They have lots of baked goods and great menu variety. A little busy during peak dining hours but well worth the wait.

Best deli in Chicago area. Not fancy but good deli food. Kid friendly. Lot of parking. Nice bakery and carryout

Be sure to bring along your Max & Benny's rewards card. Otherwise, forget about future rewards credit for that visit!

Good service. Had a reservation, and we were seated promptly. Large menu with a huge variety. There is something for everyone.

Great comfort food. Try the corned beef and matzah ball soup. Source for condolence trays, holiday meals and of course, bagels and lox.

a facelift

My wife and I stop by to eat often, we love the soups and the deli meats

I always stop by here if I'm in the area and order some soup to go. I get the mish mosh soup and it never disappoints. My brother loves the original kugel cups and we both love the mini challah rolls. The staff is always very friendly. It is a bit pricy for my taste, but the quality of the food is never lacking. These are pretty much the only menu items I have ordered from here, but they seem to be pretty good.

Excellent place to eat Jewish style deli food. The soups are excellent. The menu offers avariety of choices. The bakery deserts are tasty

This may be a place that would be called "Kosher Style" but the place is NOT a Kosher establishment.
