        Dr. Bisaccia was kind and very good with our daughter! My only problem was the waiting room had a news channel on very loud reporting about local street drugs and recent violent video's. When we asked reception to change it with two young children in the waiting area, they snapped back "no" with no explanation. My daughter had to listen to ppl dying in the recent horrible Charlottesville attacks. :(

        Most amazing medical staff and team I have ever encountered in my life! I was traveling to Norwalk for business when a need arose for me to visit urgent care. My insurance company directed me to this one as it was convenient to where I was staying. From the time I called to get information about what I would need, to the time I left after they were already closed up, it was a truly amazing experience. The kindness and thoughtfulness that radiated from the Office Manager struck something in me I couldn't even explain. The MD was knowledgeable, kind, and forthcoming. You can clearly see that they are there FOR THE PATIENTS and are advocates for the wellbeing and happiness of whomever they encounter each day. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone that finds themselves in a situation where an urgent care is needed.
