Methodist Minor Medical Center - Olive Branch

I went to this minor medical center on 01/04/17 with a sore throat. I saw A.N. Falkner, NP for a total of 30 seconds. She did not take any time to ask me about my condition or what Rx have worked or not worked in the past. I felt like a cow at the auction barn. I recommend that you avoid this clinic unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of meat or a number.

Been coming here since they opened. Always great service and superior professionalism. From the reception area take everything in between was wonderful. I would recommend to anyone.

Took wife in for flu symptoms. Everyone from reception, nurse, lab tech, nurse ppractioner very professional and polite.

Had been going to DeSoto Family Medical for years but insurance changes brought us here. Their waiting room is 1/4 of the size of desoto family but our experience as a my wife was a new patient, we didn't need to wait around. They got us in and out pretty quickly. Lady at front desk worked with our brand new insurance and some problems we were having and by the time we were done she had that taken care of. Impressed.

My son had an onset of fever,cough,headaches in which Tylenol and Motrin was alternated at home at continued fever and headache.Upon arrival I was told by the receptionist they did not treat peds.Well seeing peds in the lobby and exit I deciced to go back and inquire seeking more detail.At that time I asked after being provided names of several other clinics if a flu test could be done.I was told yes and I added another symptom of nauseated after being seated for a while.Our diagnosis was Upper Resp unknown site and Acute Bronchitis.No flu test,no chest xray and no cbc.Prescription given and child remain to have symptoms of a fever .Prescriptions were started and alternating meds for fever

A fat copay provided and when I called back was told to take the child to his peditrician and they are really busy seeing patients.But you was not to busy to provide such poor care.And yes the child met criteria for a flu test and much more considering his history.

Excellent care every time I have been here (5-6x's). Always polite, always professional, and always above average care (and as an RN I know good vs bad care).

I would give this place a big fat ZERO or negative starts if I could. My husband went in with a broken bone and was sent home with crutches a aircast and a note to take motrin. SERIOUSLY motrin for a broken bone?!?! Doctors care more about themselves than their patients. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Random drug test. I rode with another employee to the site (Methodist/leBonheur urgent care in OliveBranch MS.) We both took the test. I had trouble producing a sample after 3 hours and 3 trys THEY told me to leave and they would call it a refusal to submit to the test. I did not refuse I went three times but did not produce enough urine for their test. The very next day I was sent to a company doctor explaining I could not produce enough urine for a random drug test. After the doctor took a urine sample from me she told me I had a UT infection and prostatitis she prescribed me Cipro and follow up with urology. I went back to work. Now this lab said I left the premises without their authorization. They claim I was there two hours and FIFTY minutes instead of three hours Why are they splitting hairs here?.Before I left I asked them twice if there was anything else they wanted when they told me to leave (I was not watching the clock) they said no and the receptionist said no. Six days later they are saying I left against their orders. This drug lab didn t follow procedure. They should have told me to wait for another test or wait ten more minutes the full three hours. I assumed they were doing the clock watching when they said I was done. My Company Officer had to speak to the MRO and tell them another employee brought me to the test and witnissed the urine tech and the receptionist tell me to leave the premisis.The other employee filled out an affidavit and the MRO canceled the drug screen according to 49-CFR-part 40 I could have lost my job because of their incompetence Thank God I only missed three days of work getting their stupidity straightened out! EVERYONE BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS CAUSE THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO! Thanks for reading and I hope this was helpful to the next victim that goes there..
