Napa Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company

I bought a battery in here and went home to put it in my car since they don't offer to do it for you there. I was told to bring the other ( Bad) battery back to them for an $18 core charge but when I did, I didn't have my receipt but even then I offered to give my licence, payment card, and a phone number to access my info when I was told I HAD to have my receipt cause none of that information was in their computer. I said there must be some other way to access the info I need to help you find the transaction. The more I kept saying there has be another way the more he kept getting more angry. OK, I asked what else I need to give them other than a receipt and he just wanted to argue about that. Needless to say I got little bit frustrated when the Manager of the store took my battery off the counter and escorted it to the street which is HWY302 and he stuck it right next to the lane of traffic. I took pictures of it being out in the highway and then got video of him walking back up to front of the building. He then proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong and needed to leave. All he had to do was offer a store credit to me which he never mentioned and or, get the battery information off the battery I bought which clearly says Olive Branch Store on it but I guess that would have been too easy.
