The entire transition from my previous insurance policy to my new one was super smooth. The only thing I dislike about my new policy is the payment method.

I received an offer in the mail and I thought why not try and see if I can get a lower rate than what I was currently paying. Kent answered after 1 ring and within a couple hours had me set up with better coverage than I had previously with another carrier for less money. He really went above and beyond to explain the in's and out's of insurance premiums and gave me tips to save even more money. I'm very happy I called.
