        Terrible Customer Service

        I called three times trying to reach an assistant manager or manager. I was placed on hold in excess of 10 minutes each time. I requested a name from anyone who answered the phone, but each time the person refused to give a name. It seems the people at Wal-Mart do not care about their customers, are not professional, and are not helpful.
