Very pleased with the room. Everything seemed new and the staff was very nice.
Stayed two nights and paid with my Visa card. $270. No problem. My card was finally charged 5 days later. FOR $525!!!! Left message no response. Called corporate technically up to individual hotel manager. Mr Elusive has yet to contact me or credit my card!! Two weeks later I filed dispute with my bank. Thats not a billing issue, thats theft.!!! So folks go elsewhere or pay in cash!!! Please be careful here in downtown Pottstown hotels. Its unsafe 24/7!!!
