The company's operations are conducted through its two operating subsidiaries, America's Car-Mart, and Colonial Auto Finance, collectively refereed to as Car-Mart. The company mainly sells older model used vehicles and provides financing for its customers. It offers four months or 4,000 miles of mechanical protection on every financed vehicle. America's Car-Mart is headquartered in Bentonville, Ark. It operates more than 80 automotive dealerships in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, Tennessee and Alabama.
