        Overall

        MONEY HUNGRY!!!Came in for a tire alignment and told them I had another big company (big O) tell me all but one of my ball joints are out. So I had them take a look at my vehicle. They come back to tell me that my upper ball joints were so bad my tires were going to fall off my vehicle and not to drive it far. Then they tell me my rack in pinion were out which if you don't know is very expensive to have replaced along with ball joints. So I took my vehicle to a locally owned tire shop who I trust to check my ball joints( would have taken it to them in the first place but they can't align trucks) and they tell me nothing is wrong with my ball joints and that my rack and pinion are just worn which is typical for big trucks. These big shops like this are very money hungry and I will never bring my business here again nor will my friends and family. Go to someone who is a local business! These people will lie straight to your face!
