In response to Deb's concerns and review. I am very sorry that her experiences were not as good as shefelt they should be. We are very surprised by this review as all of our patients have given us 5 out of 5 stars on To address some of the concerns, I would like to apologize for not getting the preauthorization filed as quickly as she would have wanted. I am the only one that does "medical" billing and preauthorizations in the office and sometimes I do not get to the preauthorizations done the same day the patient comes in. I believe the preauth was not done until a week later. As her appointment was the end of January and she was seen again on February 12 for the services. She was advised that her Medical insurance would not cover the procedure but she insisted that a preauth be done before moving forward with the services on February 12th. I am not aware of any "files" that have been lost and in reviewing her record there isn't any treatment that has been "pushed" on her as she has not had anything done other than cleaning and a couple of other procedures she wanted. It would appear that Ms Deb's faults lie with me at the front desk rather than on Dr. Berley's abilities. I would direct your attention to the website for a look at what our patients say about Dr. Berley and our team.

We have been with this office for about 9 months and have become increasingly unhappy with everything about their service. They have lost files, neglected send in preauthorizations for weeks at a time and have pushed purchase of unnecessary services.
