        Ordered a new washer and dryer set. Had them ordered and delivered via Tucker's here in springdale. Sale staff and installation crew were GREAT! Helped not only with set-up but cleaned the dryer flow vents for me and set-up the flow vents into a better position in my garage (instead of up through roof, into a bucket with water in it). Set, Plus installation, Plus 5 year warranty cost $1300. Great buy considering these new cost around 2 grand +. Thank you Tucker's.

        So it ran 59 trouble free days? I have had nothing but good luck with Tucker's...for over 20 years. They have always gone over and above for me!

        BEWARE SCRATCH AND DENT

        I paid $400 for a front load washer, paid to have their people deliver and install.

        60 days later it's flooding my laundry room after light use.

        Store only offers a 30 day guarantee. All manager could say was that I signed a contract, so I'm out $400.

        Obviously this policy is in place because they know they are selling crap items.

        Watch out for this store.
