Horrible experience. I will write it in english and spanish. I chose this place as my PCP because it was near my house.

Huge mistake. I went in with my two young children and my 1 & a 1/2 year old cried loudly and they all looked at him like that was not normal. I waited for one hour and 45 minutes and after being called in and my vitals being taken the nurse says, "I'm sorry, the Doctor cannot see you because you are pregnant and she doesn't have liability for it". I responded you knew when I filled out my registration form 1 hour & 45 minutes ago, why wasn't I informed then! Complete waste of time and none of them are professional or nice with children and they also handle Pediatrics.

Una experiencia horrible .

Elegí este lugar como mi PCP porque estaba cerca de mi casa .

Enorme error. Fui con mis dos hijos pequeños y mi nino de 1 año y medio de edad lloraba en voz alta y todos ellos lo miré como eso no era normal. Esperé durante una hora y 45 minutos y después de ser llamados y mis entrañas están tomando la enfermera dice: " Lo siento, la Doctora Picayo no puede verla porque está usted embarazada y ella no tiene responsabilidad por eso" . Le respondí y eso lo supa cuando llené mi formulario de registro hace 1 hora y 45 minutos, ¿por qué no me informó entonces! Pérdida total de tiempo y ninguno de ellos son profesionales o bueno con los niños. Y tambien el una clinica pedriatrica.
