CGA has been an incredible help with keeping all of my rentals occupied with wonderful tenants making my life a lot easier as a person renting out their own property. They also are very helpful with maintaining the tenants needs and requests as needed. I'm so thankful to have CGA managing my properties.

I used this place to manage my home for rental for 2 years. They are unprofessional, snide and will try to nickle and dime you. Even for things that are NOT on your lease agreement.

Bad Business! Very rude and unreliable. I set up an appointment (and had to take work off early) and as I waited in front of the property five minutes before the appointment they called me and cancelled. I rescheduled two more times and again they ended up canceling. They tried to reschedule but I could not make the appointment time they offered. When I asked if someone else could show they property she told me they had already approved an application for someone else?? Why were you going to show me the property in the first place if someone had been approved?? Unless she was lying straight to my face. Disrespectful and I'm disappointed.

CGA's staff have been professional and reliable. If you're looking into leasing or hiring a property manager, I highly recommend giving them a call.
