Clean and well maintained within walking distance of the Sacramento Convention Center, major agency HQ's, and many fine restaurants. The exterior and surroundings are nothing special. The room is pretty bare bones, but is clean, safe, and relatively quiet. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. A very good bargain.

It was close to Sacramento Convention Center and the price was good

I was looking for a good bargain in/near downtown Sacramento, without being in a bad part of town. This hotel provided that, and I will likely stay here again on future trips. The staff (owner/manager?) was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good, and in a great location for easier freeway access.

This hotel was in a great location, nice staff and overall good value.

The receptionist was super nice. The hotel isn't Dumont anymore so don't get confused about that. They are in the middle of re-branding it and remodeling it. The room was clean, and there is an IHop right on the parking lot. Not bad at all for the price.

Mini-fridge, Microwave, and Analog TV with cable in room. Full bathroom, tub with shower, and Heating/air conditioning unit in each room. Continental breakfast. No swimming pool, but plenty of free parking.

The overall stay was fine, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the shower produced hot water

The best part about the trip was the location and value!

Clean and everything works, breakfast is fresh and tasteful.
