Very friendly and respectful not pushy like most dealerships. I am very happy I was able to work out a great deal with my ford suv we negotiated some prices until the price was right. I did not finance & paid cash which made it so much easier and they had the car clean & ready to go as I wanted to look at other dealerships to make sure I was getting the best deal and of course I did get the best deal.
