Great service department! The guys in there were most helpful when we picked up our trailer, even delivered a part that was not in stock initially! The service tech spent aobut 3 hrs with us orienting us to our first trailer, very kind and unassuming. HIghly recommend the service Dept!!!

Today I had an appointment to show the service department some repair issues on the Wolf Pup I purchased 4 months ago. I was expecting to then bring it back for the work to be done at a later date. The gentleman at the service desk walked through and around the trailer with me taking notes. Then Tyler came out to review my concerns and explained several things I was not familiar with. He said they could do work on it immediately and Jeff joined us. Between the two of them, all but one of my issues were cleared up within 45 minutes and the last one requires a replacement part which will be ordered today. All 3 gentlemen were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. I appreciate this kind of SERVICE immensely!

Class act dealership. The sales staff is professional.. knowledgeable..no pressure.. humorous. They KNOW customer service here. We bought our first RV and it was a simple seamless and fast process. My husband and I traveled about an hour and a half to look at the 5th wheels at RV Travel World. When we arrived, we were greeted by Steve who asked us what we were looking for and showed us what was a perfect fit. We decided on the 2017 Blue Ridge by Forest River. We went in to figure out our deal and was passed on to Paul. Paul was a pleasure to work with. For our salesman, I give 5 stars.
