The manager is incredible he's a bodybuilder and he's helping all members who have questions or concerns regarding to their workouts... They offer 0$ enrollment fee plus free personal training for new members
also there is a professional female trainer she's a bodybuilder too , so you can trust those people and start the right workout for you.
Note: I lost 34 pound so far following their instruction and diet.

This gym has a great management with a wonderful trainers, also it has all the necessary equipment. An area to do ones own stretches, squats, ab workout. It's a little small space, but it does what you need for good workout... the restrooms are clean and there is a ton of parking. Opens at 6:00 Monday to Friday.

WE SUPPORT FIT is by far the best gym in the whole Sacramento. Staff and Management are awesome and very accommodating.Great new gym with affordable rates. all the same equipment as the major retail gym like 24 and crunch, but more than half the price. the the facility is pretty much brand new so its pretty damn clean. its still in its first few months, so its never too crowded. i usually workout in the evening and i can always use the machines without having to wait. they have the best trainers ever which is pretty helpful. Also it's one of the better gym atmospheres ive been in.

John and Frank are both bodybuilders who compete in various shows. They know their stuff. I'm sure they can help you achieve your goals.

Second the cleanest place I've ever been in. Plus u will meet the best trainer ever in the city, his name is John. If u ask him for training he's gonna train u in a few months the same which other trainers might take a year or more to reach the same goal, so it's highly recommended for others to go and check and I'm pretty sure u will notice the difference between this fabulous club and other clubs.

Most of the time, you get what you pay for. Here, I'd say you actually get MORE than you pay for. At between $12 and $15 per month (depending on when you sign up), 0$ enrollment, We support fit is one of the most affordable gym memberships out there. The facility has treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes and all of the typical weight machines and free weights available. The size is perfect for me. Not too small but not too overwhelmingly big. Very clean and fresh. All the equipment is new and is always working.

Also it has an awesome manager John he's a professional bodybuilder and he's never hesitate to answer any question.

This the best Gym that I have ever seen. Nice Gym, friendly staff and excellent management.
