        We just landed to LA 4 days ago and of course we needed a car. We went to different car dealers and we had the feeling that they were more concerned in selling that helping. A friend of us suggested Toyota Santa Monica and we decided to go. We had really low expectations and we just wanted some information. Diana Loncar was our main assistant and she really gave us a lot of options that all fitted our necessities. All the staff was really helpful and we felt they really cared about us. At the end of the day we left with a car and a really good friends. Thanks to Diana, Mark and Julie.

        Manny Fernandes in the service department is a wonder and a real asset to the company. He had my car serviced, washed, and returned to me in half the time I was told the recall would take. Every thing went well.

        They treat every customer with respect and value... I had my '95 Toyota Previa Van towed to Toyota Santa Monica after a car accident to get a quote for service. Turns out that it was totaled. I was in constant communication with Gary, the Manager. He gave me ample time to get my wrecked van off the lot. Gary and Luiz spent plenty of time showing me the cars they had available, on my limited budget. Everyone that I met, in the sales and inventory process, treated me as a valued customer; even after I bought another car from a private party. I plan to shop Toyota Santa Monica for my next car and hopefully with a larger budget!

        Great atmosphere, very good service, the food has good days and bad days

        I've eaten at Ocean and Vine several times now as it is a convenient walk from work. Lunch has always been excellent. Sit on the patio and enjoy the beachy view. The sandwiches are delicious and you can enjoy a nice meal for $15 a person. The restaurant is also a great spot for drinks. The bartenders mix a good cocktail, though my favorite thing is to sit outside in a comfy chair by the fire pits while drinking one of their many red wines by the glass. My first dinner at Ocean and Vine was fabulous. Unfortunately, others have varied. One meal, the entire table ended up with overcooked fish. However, their poultry and steaks seem to be reliable enough. When everything goes right in the kitchen, it is truly a wonderful dining experience.
