I know state agencies can be a tough place to do business. This office is no exception. Given the current situation, people need to come to this office with their best people management skills, having to answer stupid and redundant questions and minimizing putting to much attitude into the situation, I think just to try and put you off. But I act just the opposite and stay focused and wear my "attitude shield" and deal with them on my terms, rather then letting their put off's and frequent rudeness prevail.

Some of the Medicaid Specialists (SD) need sensivity training. I called to get info and most qualified specialist request ID numbers of some sort, pull the file and return and ask how may I assist you. This worker was very short and not helpful. I read a sentence from a letter she sent to me. She stated it means what it says. I said who is this letter for and she said I don't know you have the letter there. Well, if she would have asked for the ID# and pulled the file then she would have known since she was the person who sent the letter. I knew that it meant what it said but I was trying to get some clarification. I really don't want to go into any details. I really didn't get the info I needed but rather continue to talk to a non concern or unhelpful worker, I just thanked her and hung up the phone.
