Jamie is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems across the lifespan. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Memphis, Jamie received valuable training while working at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in the Labor & Delivery Unit for 5 years and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 3 years. Jamie earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Memphis, then practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in a pediatric clinic in Memphis, TN for over 3 years prior to joining our clinic. Equipped with great experience caring for infants and breastfeeding mothers, she is able to assist with a wide variety of breastfeeding concerns.

Radiology
Started practice in Chicago until moving to Memphis in 2000. Worked at Baptist Memphis Emergency Room for 2 years treating pediatric patients. Also spent 2 years at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital helping with sedation in the radiology department. In 2004, started in private practice at Desoto Children’s Clinic.
