Took my family of 9 to this establishment on 9/20 around 8p. When we walked in no one greeted us and finally waiter came and sat us at a table right at the door that was dirty. I asked if we could sit at the next table and she told me that table had already been cleaned🤔🤔 I asked for a manager that didn’t come right out. So I guess she heard me ask fo a manager and she came and moved us to the next table, she picked up the silverware and menus and just threw them on the table which only had six chairs. I told her we have a party of 9 and she raised her hands as to say and??? We had to get our own chairs.The manager came out and I explained what happened. He didn’t seem very concerned, just said he would talk to her. I asked for another waiter and we got Vinny. He was AMAZING!! I understand business are short handed and everyone is stretched thin, but customer service should always be top priority. If it wasn’t for my grandkids needing to eat after practice I would have left. We spent almost $300 here. We will not be visiting the establishment again.
