The best. I've been to two in Phoenix and this is the best. They are all courteous and kind. The doctor and his staff did an excellent job on my cancer. I feel very lucky to have this office in Show Low.

Extremely rude receptionist.

Went in as a new patient. Didn't get a chance to see the nurse practioner that serves as the doctor at the Show Low facility. The front desk was totally rude. I couldn't find my insurance card and the front desk refused to check me in. I had my insurance information, but not the card. I asked if we could print one from online. No way. I got my insurance company on the phone and they would fax it to them. They refused to see me and told me that I would have to be rescheduled. I had taken off work, driven 20 miles and to be refused to be seen over a piece of paper was upsetting. I will never go back there!

I visited Dr Hasten last year with a very serious heat/skin problem that had advanced into a painful skin infection. With her quick diag, a shot, soothing cream, shampoo (as it had advanced into my hair area) and lots of simple do's and don't in skincare......I WAS ALL CLEARED UP IN A DAY OR SO. I cannot speak more highly of her. Now I just hope I can find her again as you only find her under the name of her Dermatology Office.....
