Ordered food long wait in drive-thru then got to window & they said they didn't have everything I ordered...

I ordered a 3 piece tenders with potatoes and gravy. After being told to pull forward I waited and waited while at least three cars behind me got their orders and drove away. A full twenty minutes go by and still nothing. I went in the store and asked for my money($6.67) back. The night manager "Star" took my receipt and went to the drive thru register and started some calculations or something, after a few minutes passed I asked if they couldn't just give me my money and do their paperwork later. Then they brought me a refund, put it on the counter and it was short! No apology, no attempt to make this right with the customer(me) A wasted half hour of my life. I will waste more time reporting this to the general manager, as well as the corporate area manager. I don't expect a lot from a fast food restaurant, I just don't expect to have them take my money and then ignore me and not even acknowledge their poor customer service. Oh, they weren't busy at all, maybe six people in the dining
