Beware and make sure you don't drop off any packages on their drop boxes. There's been a series of robberies committed during the night at their drop boxes. When I went and asked for a reason why my packaged didn't have an updated tracking confirmation their answer was - oh we are really sorry. When did you dropped your package? Oh well after five we don't advice our customers to leave any packages since someone has been stealing our packages. OMG! They have no sign or indication anywhere stating that, so am I supposed to guess that, that is currently happening there? Their other answer was that they are absolutely not responsible for lost or stolen stuff out of their drop boxes and just advised me to contact the police. So if this is happening frequently....... why don't they add cameras to catch the thief, but no they are just letting this happen. And it kinda makes me wonder if the thief is working in that office because they seem to be doing nothing about it. Too bad this place is going downhill with the lack of common customer service. People I advise you BEWARE, use the service at this office at your own risk.

Poor/Rude customer service. The staff there should be replaced. Customers are paying to send a package. Busy does not mean sending away customers plus treat to them like crap just because you're busy. The office is not that busy, just very inefficient and RUDE (on multiple occasions, to customers).
