        Overall

        I had 2 packages not delivered to my Home Address and I stopped by several times and Called them several times to find out what happened to my 2 packages (both packages had tracking numbers) and they was no help at all. They didn't want to help me fill out any paperwork. Very poor customer service. I will be filing a police report. If your having the same problem save your self the hassle and file a police report instead of trying to deal with the Post Office.

        Overall

        Mailed out 5 scent samples from my candles and so far 2 of the people have messaged me saying that the envelope was delivered with the end tore open and the samples missing!!! SMH all were mailed out from #SpringHillPostOffice going to other places in TN and out of State! Its pretty bad when you can not trust the Mail people!!
