I would give them no stars if I could. Do not shop for a vehicle here!! It is a trap. Once you sign the finance papers you will be paying on a vehicle that will break down that they will not replace or repair regardless of the promises they have made!! We have went through 4 cars in less than a year!! We just want out of our loan because these cars are crap. When we try to contact the supervisor at the finance company, they promise to call back but they have yet to do so. When you get angry for being lied to, decieved, and ignored, they will threaten to call the cops on you and play the victim!! They may seem like an answer to prayer in a difficult time but I promise you, they are wolves in sheep's clothing and you will have alot more to deal with once the car is broke down and you have to make payments on it and you can't get rid of it.

These guys are nothing but crooks. They've said one thing and I came in to do it and they deny everything. They offered to refinance my truck over the phone if I came in personally. Once I showed up they said they don't refinance. And on my signing day they made me sign a contract stating I had to pay $1000 out of my tax credit each until its paid off. You guys wanna play hard ball? Fine, I'll play right back.......

After the sell when they tell you about a bumper to bumper warr then begins the fun so far they have not even got me a spare tire I spent 9,600 for someone to treat me badly and come up with 20 excuses bad ones at that

i bought a car from motorstreet auto which is a branch of aaf they were very friendly and helpful until i started having problems with the veheicle 2 weeks after i bought it. we discovered the car i was paying $8400. for had major electrical problems they then told me they would swap me out vehicles for a different one of their choice. which was a ford escort{ ugh!] i told them i would like to take it up with the manager but he would not come out of his office. i g uess he was scared of me a 140 lbs. woman [what a joke] instead he made one of the salesmen try to seal the deal for him ha! ha! needless to say i am still driving the car with electrical problems which stalls out on me everyday [no exaggeration] until my next payment is due in june after that i am not sure but in this womans experience on a scale of 1 - 10 i would have to give them a 2 and that is only because the salesperson did try to help me out, but as far as customer service from management a big fat zero. save your money and go somewhere else . thanks, phyllis palmer greenwood, ar.
