        The customer service from Mr. Jim was far beyond what I expected. He went out of his way to help me and take care of my vehicle for me. He even provided a loaner car when I did not have rental coverage. He did exactly what he said he would do when repairing my vehicle. You will not find a better group of people to work with that is as Honest and Reliable as Arkansas Collision Center. I am very thankful this place exist and it's HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!! Thank you ACC!!

        Overall

        Recently rear-ended another car with my beloved 2004 Honda Pilot. Insurance totaled it because of age and cost of repair. Most of damage was to hood, and front fenders with little damage to mechanical parts. So, because I had taken such good care of it through the years, I decided to settle with the insurance and asked Jim at Arkansas Collision to fix it up. Jim agreed and to make a long story short, I couldn't been more satisfied with the results. Car looks better than ever and drives as good as new. Great people to work with. Highly recommended!
