Back at the Ranch

I ordered 4 pieces of furniture Feb. 6th and left a 25% deposit. Was promised it by April 1st, as they had to build up orders in order to have a full truck to ship from Little Rock. On May 1 I hadn't heard from them, so I sent an e-mail to them. Finally got a call and was promised the furniture by May 8th. They didn't have anyone to deliver it to me, so we had to pick it up. We picked it up and clerk didn't have anyone to load it, so they recruited a potential customer. Got the furniture home and unwrapped it. The coffee table had a chipped corner and the TV stand was not what we ordered. It was such a hassle to get the furniture, we settled by keeping what we got. You decide, after all this, if you want to use them.
