Overhead Door Company of Springdale

I had them come out to work on my garage door after it was making a weird noise when it was almost all the way up. They came out said it just needed to be oiled and I shouldn't worry about it. Not two days later the top three rollers of one side fell out of the track and the door smashed into the top of my truck. When I called them and told them what had happened they acted nice and said they would see what they could do. Apparently what they could do was dodge my calls because they were suspiciously never available after they found out about the problem. They didn't, however, forget to bill me for coming out and not fixing my broken rollers. I will never use them again.

This company installed 5 doors for me several years ago.

I recently had a spring break on one of the doors. Called them in the afternoon and they were the next morning. It took them 20 minutes to replace the spring, lube the door and the other door and wrapped it up. They are very respectful of your time.

I did find out that this company has changed ownership recently. They are on the ball and have great service. Highly recommend them!

Overhead Door showed up within an hour of calling them to fix our door. They provided fast service, knowledgeable employees & great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service/repair!

Don't call this company! They will try to rip you off by saying your door cannot be fixed and that you have to buy a new one. I realize that sometimes things wear out but that was not the case with me. I had someone else come out and the problem was easily fixed for very little. Don't let them rip you off, call someone else.
