Simply put, when they are good, they are great. When they are bad, they are about the worst in service.

I've bought several guns from Ozark Armory, and I've searched quite a few places around NWA and never found a better place to buy a firearm. They always have a great selection and the best price I can find around NWA.

You have to be assertive and get your foot in the door. If you sit in the rocking chairs and watch what goes on you will learn. There are deals to be had and trading to be done. If someone is rude to you tell Bill the owner. They will not be rude again or won't be there.

MEA CULPA!! I confused Armory with Sportsman. The folks at Armory have always been cheerful and helpful while the Trogs in Tontitown have been arrogant and rude.

The USAF seems to think I'm a helluva shot, yet those folks need to tell me which end of the "gun" goes "bang"

Ozark Armory is overpriced and the customer service is extremely poor. I can't recommend them for anything.

Very helpful

My daughter want to buy me some mags for Christmas but didn't know what to get. She called me and told me what she wanted to get but was not sure what was a better mag. She asked one of the salespersons if they would talk to me on the phone and they were glad to take the time. We talked for about 10 minutes about the mags and other items they had. She walked out with my present which was better than I expected. This is a great place, with wide selection. I can only imagine how hectic it would be that time of year at Ozark. I live out of state and can't wait to go back.

Loose the attitude

Buying my first hand gun. I have been checking out a few local shops. Visited Ozark Armory mid week, mid morning. First, as I entered the store, I almost ran into an employee. I said "excuse me". Got zero response.
There was maybe three or four customers in the store. I waked the cases looking for a particular model I had in mind. When I could not find the model, I waited patiently for an available clerk. Absolutely no acknowledgment from anyone there. The only thing I heard was vulgar names they were spewing about another employee who obviously was not working that day.
After standing at the counter for about 15 minutes, and being obvious that I needed assistance, I left, still no acknowledgment.
I had cash in hand, and all it would have taken was a simple "Hello, I'll be with you in just a second." But instead I left with the impression that they could care less about me and winning me as a customer. With the demand for guns right now, that honeymoon will come to an end. Then they will need me, but that window has closed for them. I have been in retail for over twenty years. I know the customer is the boss.
I am a new gun enthusiast. I plan on enjoying this new hobby, which means there will be more guns and ammo purchased, but none at Ozark Armory.

Be prepared. They might have a wide selection, but it's far from the best price. The people working there are sometimes helpful, but mostly in a hurry to get your cash.

Ozark Armory II - Springdale

I recently visited to purchase a handgun for home protection. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and not of the "pressure sales" variety. They answered my numerous questions and helped me to pick the proper weapon for my purposes. I recommend this firm, and the salesman "Steve: highly!
