Tim's Repair Service

I was DEVASTATED by my experience here! I still cry and get angry over it. Long and immensely stressful story short as possible... I bought a car from Mr. Randall and I never got the car, or my $3200 back. He even came to my home and collected money for parts and paint after the car had stopped running properly, (of which I obviously was not aware of at the time). His then business partner told me that in person later on. I spent around 6 weeks trying to get straight answers out of Mr. Randall. When, finally, at my wits end I contacted his partner Mr. Vaughn Long who strung me along for a few more weeks but eventually said he had good news. He got the money from the bank. My final conversation with him--- he never mentioned money. Said maybe they could get me another car. Never heard from him again. Thought I could sue for Theft by Deception. Forget about it. Honestly, this guy rips people off for a living, in my opinion. He's been taken to Small Claims Court more than once. But in the end one must know that Small Claims Court is about the principle of the thing. Getting a dime back is a whole other ball of wax. I was just trying to get back on my feet after years of struggle. I am trying to learn to live with it, but I will never get over it. But I hope this keeps someone else from getting ripped off. I was told by Mr. Long that Mr. Randall starts out with good intentions. (Apparently, he spoke for himself also.) A lot of good that did me. I don't, unfortunately, go a day without thinking about the $3200 I lost. It really made a devastating impact on me.

This man has had my dads truck for over 4 months and has not fixed it even though my dad has paid almost $1000!!! Now he refuses to give my dad his truch back! we have gone everyday for the past four days to get the truck but he either does not show up or the truck wont run!! On top of that, my dad noticed some stuff missing from his truck!! He keeps claiming that he is occupied with his sick mother in the hospital yet he posts how hes excited for a baseball game tonight! Yeah hes so worried!! BEWARE OF TIMS AUTO REPAIR in springdale!!! Horrible customer service!! His brother is racist and stated that i dont understand english because im a mexican!!! This place also has multiple lawsuits in springdale for doing this to other people... yes the people all won these lawsuits but the deadbeats still wont pay!! They frequently post on craigslist so steer clear!

RIP OFF...do not go to this repair shop....they took almost two months to fix my car and its not even fixed right......and they also stole some of my belongings that were in the trunk of my car...IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED...THEN I SUGGEST YOU GO TO A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP.

Absolutely terrible shop!! Broke pieces on my car. Took them 4 weeks to do 1 repair. When called was repeatedly cursed at and threatened. When I finally got my car back they stole my belongings out of it. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
