***BUYER BEWARE*** Know who you are dealing with at this shop. I lost a lot of money on these guys (over $1200), and I got absolutely nothing back in return. The owner Mac forced me to sign an agreement on the invoice stating that I would refrain from any “criminal” or “legal” action against him. He could do this to YOU or to any dissatisfied customer by threatening to hold the bike hostage, or by threatening to file charges for “Theft of Services”. Just take one visit there, and you will see that their entire shop is filled with partially repaired bikes. He has all the power under Arkansas state laws, and unless you are willing to let your bike sit at his shop for months before the courts hear your case, you are completely screwed if you want to dispute his bogus invoice. Both the owner Mac Chandler and his only current “mechanic” Marty Graham have very interesting backgrounds, and you can see Fraud and Felony charges as part of the public record images I uploaded.
