        Shopped at several firms in the area for four new tires to have installed upon my pick-up. I used the Web and in-person visits to determine the best tire for me and then with a secondary desire to obtain the best price.



        I considered buying on-line and having the tires shipped to where they would be installed but, to me, the price saved was not enough to counter-balance any negatives such as obtaining a refund or replacement if required, etc.



        I shopped at two Firestone outlets and the one I am reviewing got my tire dollars for the good treatment of me as a person and tossing in a small discount that "sealed the deal."



        James was the salesperson assisting me and I also rate him 5 stars for being so helpful.



        I forget the installer's name but she also performed admirably and performed the task properly.



        I have been a long-haul trucker and worked in the auto parts field and know when others are doing the job as it should be done.



        I feel confident in recommending this outlet to others.

        lied to and car not fixed

        This Firestone Center in front of the mall charged me a whole lot more than what they were supposed to. I've had serveral mechanics confirm that the parts weren't really changed. I came back numerous times, only to be charged even more to my Firestone Account. A couple thousand dollars later, my car is much worse than before I went in.

        Look somewhere else for auto repair.
