        Worst customer service. No co...

        Worst customer service. No communication concerning progress and extremely rude when asked questions. Had to return computer after 'fixed' for inital issues still existing. Wanted to give 0 stars however yellow pages appears to require at least 1.

        They worked on my computer without my consent, I went in for a diagnostic test of my computer and instead I ended up with a 400 dollar bill for a repair I didn't ask for. Not only that, in the process of "fixing" my computer they damaged my DVD player which worked perfectly fine before it went in -they refused to fix it or look at it. They took no responsibility. Those whom are giving them perfect score or any good score are probably working for the company and are faking the ratings scores online.
