Sears Tempe Outlet is the worst delivery service I have encountered in some time. On Saturday, November 12th, two movers appeared and were suddenly dismayed that I had stairs. I was never asked about stairs when I set up the delivery. Well, one of the movers had just returned to work because of a back injury. He said the delivery manager was to make sure that he wouldn’t have to encounter stairs. He told me to call the delivery manager on Sunday to have it delivered on Monday morning. I waved goodbye to my washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the delivery manager couldn’t accommodate my request. I explained that I need to leave for work by 1:00pm. He told me Tuesday was completely open and that it would be delivered by 12:00pm. Guess what? They didn’t make the delivery. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend to anyone not to purchase from Sears Outlet in Tempe, Arizona.

Shaunna is the worst GM ever! She tried to kick me and my wife out of the store just for asking about a purchase price on a washer machine that we were going to purchase, I suggest everyone contact the FTC and the BBB as well and file a complaint, but first with the store and only if the store does nothing about...it's time to clean house!!!

Tom the new regional manager is Nasty and never care about customer at all, all what he care is MONEY and collect more and more.

my stove and fridge they collect delivery fees and installation fees and after all they through the appliances and never connect them, when I called this TOM the manager he refused to fix that without more money!!!!!

I bought a refrigerator from Sears Outlet Tempe. It was new in the box, after they opened it found 3 dents. Refrigerator wouldn't fit in my kitchen so we sent it back. That was 14 days ago, I still have not got a refund. When I call they tell me it willbe will be a couple days. They called me Friday said there was going to be a delay in shipping. I said what are you talking about that was canceled 2 weeks ago I am waiting for refund. She said We made a mistake you will have refund in a couple of days. I am paying interest on the $1700. On my card. I don't know how I can get my refund.

Don't shop at Sears.

No stars! Do NOT shop at Sears Outlet! I purchased a fridge last month and it never worked right. After 3 calls for service and literally rebuilding half the fridge, they refused to take it back until we call for service again! The manager, Shane, was disrespectful and asked us to leave the store! Unacceptable! Even the technician said (on the third visit) that there is a reason the appliances are in the outlet! Worst experience ever, NEVER going back and will tell all my friends and family never shop at Sears again!
