The Links at Texarkana

This apartment complex is managed by teenagers who think they are grown!! Drunk on their (Morgan)power trip they threatened my daughter when she wanted to break the lease stating they would charge her with damages even though there were no damages She talked to several people in the office and they all gave her different answers on what needed to be done! My daughter only lived there 3 months before moving out. Then they instructed her to NOT clean!! I’m assuming that was so they could charge her more!?! When I called about them threatening her they hung up on me twice!! They also instructed her that since they had “bitch” face for her not come come back to the office to pay the rent they were charging her!! I called corporate to let them know what was going on and they seemed very unconcerned about what was going on at that location!! I do have to say Skyler was nice to my daughters face while Morgan kept interrupting and being hateful to her, but then lied about what was said when I called!

Ive been there almost 2 yrs I haven't had any issues. There is new management and the staff is more professional!

She will say anything to get your money. Office staff won't do anything about it, nor will corporate. With all the reputable, honest complexes out there, you don't need to get swindled. Think twice about this place
