Avoid at all costs. This driver barely speaks English, refuses to go to some places after you're in the cab, and nearly killed us yesterday by texting while we were in the cab. He REFUSED to stop texting and tried to hide his hand, as though we couldn't see his eyes on the phone. He swerved into the next lane and REFUSED to admit he was at fault. He should be taken off the road and deported.
