I purchased a Sleigh Headboard in the Outlet Dept. it was suppose to have the side rails and footboard. I purchased 2 sets of rails from them that would not work. I ask the manager if I could return it and he said usually they don't let you because the outlet is sold as is. I explained the headboard was no good to me without rails. He told me he would give my money back or give me a Merchandice Credit . He wanted me to be satisfied. I told him I'd take the Merchandise Credit. He also refunded me for the two sets of rails. I was very pleased with the way he solved the issue. Love this store and plan on buying from them again.

very poor customer service. I paid for a bed and two chairs. It took two months to get my furniture. When it came in the bed was not what I had ordered and after they left from setting it up I noticed the bed had a big crack in the head board. I called the owner to tell him this was not my bed and it was broken. He replied by saying so what we made a mistake. I asked if I could get a refund he stated no, he would replace the cracked head board. That was about two months ago. He also stated I could not get the difference in price back although I paid for a bed that costs more than what I had received. They took me for about $4000.00. The chairs I bought are really nice and good quality. I just don't understand how they can get away with charging me for something I did not get, and the bed was broke when they delivered it.
