The cabs are clean, smoke free and the drivers are interested in giving good service. There might be a cultural problem because the drivers are from the former USSR and possibly a bit blunt. Every time I have used this company the drivers were careful and did not look to rip me off by taking the " long, short way." I do not let them know I am not a tourist. I will use them again in November when I return to LA

This was the absolute worst cab service ever! A friend and I were staying in Hollywood for one night and our cab driver was making sexual advances toward us then said he could only take cash. He insisted the sign on the back window that said "We take credit cards" was wrong. He then drove us to multiple ATM's in the middle of the night so we could try to pull cash out. Every ATM he took us to was out of service. After another fifteen dollars racked up on our cab, he finally accepted our credit card. He also gave himself a ridiculous tip when I told him do not include a tip because he sucked! Terrible experience.

Before I called this company, I had called two other taxi services. Their services were horrible and rude! One of them yelled at me and argued with me. At the end she hung up because I asked to speak with the manager.

This company sounded okay although I could detect some attitudes but it's tolerated :)

Just got off taking to the "LA Checker Cab Co" representative, I was verry dissapointed because the person I spock to was really rude and did not give me the chance to speak, finished up by hanging up on me, without giving me the chance to finish my sentence, He forgets it is because of us, that he has a job, How the hell im I going to trust these people to drive me from one place to another, not with that attitude!
