Noble Trophy & Award

My instructions were not followed(text was taller than other past engravings), text not aligned on the metal plate, plate crooked on trophy base, plate not flush with surface of base. Ray said come by and he would make it right. After making the text smaller, he didn't know how to kern the space between the letters to create correct layout. An obvious sign he lacked knowledge in graphic design. He got mad, and refused to fix the trophy!
