The absolute lowest of the pond people work here! Not only do they deliver my packages elsewhere, they've broken some because they're too lazy to walk up my driveway so they throw it from approx 15ft from the door. They continue to hit my landscaping erosion blocks knocking them into the street, then they'll refuse to deliver the mail if the block that THEY hit is in their way. Horrible attitude by the supervisor when I called to complain. I could go on and on.

I am getting my packages delivered to other peoples' homes. Twice I have had neighbors bring the package to me- stating postal carrier is delivering to the wrong address. Sad part is..if you order off EBAY..they go by the tracking number to state if you received the item. You won't have a leg to stand on...when P.O. delivers to the wrong address! Thank God for honest people!

I call this morning to find out if I can renew my passport at this post office and the rep said, "Not here. Canton, Atlanta, Marietta, all over but not here." I am wondering if this is how they respond to calls at this PO when the public calls for information.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I've been on the phone with them for over 30 mins telling them the tracking number to a package I was supposed to receive Friday and its now Sunday with no package. I told the lady I was talking to that when I called Friday, another lady said it would be delivered that day. She replied with "yeah they'll say anything to get people to not call." I have had life threatening medicine shipped from one state away and it takes them a week to come up with an excuse on why is hasn't been delivered. The supervisor on the phone practically cussed me out when I'm trying to tell her about something I need delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling corporate office and making a detailed complaint. Do not get anything shipped from here. You will go through hell talking to anyone and explaining anything. Don't waste your time.
